- Summer 2027 Slip Reservations: (2026 dock members have until October 1st to guarantee a dock space for the 2027 season.) Proof of insurance is required. As always, dock assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis, so we strongly encourage you to reserve your slip early. Beginning in October, reservations will open to our waitlist and the general public.
- Winterization Services: Schedule winterization services, shrink wrap, or add-on requests (such as boat pickup or on-the-road service). Purchase your Plug Keeper to never lose track of your boat plug again!
- Winter Storage 2026-27: Reserve winter storage space. Proof of insurance is required.
- General Service Contract: Schedule any needed work/projects to be ready for spring

Join the summer fun! Gales Ferry Marina offers a convenient and affordable option for docking your boat on our floating docks. We begin accepting summer dockage contracts for the following year in the fall, so reserve early to ensure your space at Gales Ferry Marina for the season. Our summer season runs May 1 - October 31 and includes access to electric, fresh water, a large common room, restrooms, showers, fish cleaning stations, free parking, a newly updated patio area with plenty of security. We offer Valvtech Gasoline 89 Octane at a reasonable price at our fuel dock, making refueling simple for local boaters and visitors traveling along the river. Enjoy a relaxed and enjoyable summer!

We offer convenient options for both stand and trailer winter boat storage. Our May 9, 2026 Thames River Cleanup was a huge success, thanks to the ~30 people who collected about 200 pounds of trash from the banks of the Thames River! Thanks, also, to all the sponsors, including Suzuki Marine, CWPM, Fireside Pizza, Ross Promo, and Hall Communications. We definitely appreciated the help from Save The Sound, Ledyard Police, and Providence & Worcester Railroad as well as donations from BJs and Holdridges Home and Garden.
